Payment

We must receive your booking in writing together with your non refundable 25% deposit. The balance of your rental being due six weeks prior to the commencement of your rental, together with your £100 security deposit. Non payment of the balance of the rent by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the rental.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let the apartment. However, if we are unable to re-let we have to advise you that you will be liable for the full cost of the rental.

Arrival and Departure

The rental commences at 2.30pm on the first day of your rental, and ends at 10.30am on the day of departure.

Groups of people

We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of people under 21 years of age.

Number in party

The maximum number of people in a party applicable to this apartment is 4, unless prior arrangement has been agreed with the owner.

Complaints

Any complaints should be notified immediately to the owner or management company, and followed up in writing within 14 days. Complaints will not be accepted after the rental has ended.

Liability

Neither the owner or management company shall be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to person or property arising from the rental.

Right of Entry

The hirer must allow the owners or the management company access to the apartment at all times.

Laundry

Is an additional cost to the rental and is payable directly to G K Property Management.

Health and Safety

Our apartment has marble floors, so please be careful if you enter the apartment with wet feet from the swimming pool areas.

Electricity

Included with each rental.

Air Conditioning

Included with each rental, but is controlled by a timer.

Linen

All linen, i.e. sheets, duvets and towels are provided on a free of charge basis and relate to the number of beds required within each rental. Linen will be changed by the management company weekly for rentals in excess of 7 days.

Beach Towels

You are politely requested to provide your own beach or swimming towels.

Pets

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets into our home. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Smoking Policy

Unfortunately are home is a smoke free zone. We thank you for keeping it that way. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Security Deposit

You security deposit will be returned to you by the management company on the last day of your rental when you release the apartment keys, and after completion of an inspection by the management company.

Loss or Damage

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment during their stay. At the commencement of the rental, the management company will clean the apartment, provide clean linen and carry out an inventory of contents. On the final day of rental the same process is carried our prior to your departure. Therefore please notify any damage or breakages to the management company immediately, in order that replacement items can be supplied for future rentals.

Future Development

Please note that our apartment is part of an ongoing development, so there is a degree of building work still going on in the vicinity which should not effect your enjoyment of the facilities. We apologise for any inconvenience.
